Glam Cabaret Dinner Party
Downstairs at Volta, the evening starts deliciously as Executive Chef Andrea De Benedictis rolls out a five course Italian Mediterranean feast. The entertainment is just as delicious. Hosted by the fabulous Barry Brandon, the night unfolds with a playful run of live acts that slip between opera and cabaret performances, appearing between courses and cocktails. Come midnight, we raise our glasses and our twelve grapes, stepping into 2026 with the best kind of chaos.

Glam Cabaret Afterparty
Fresh to the party or rolling in from dinner, Borneta’s Gallery, Volta Bar and the entire first floor shift into an immersive late-night playground. The fabulous Barry Brandon keeps the momentum going as he hosts surprise performances and DJs, threading deep house through the space until early morning.

Glam Cabaret Rooftop Party
Looking to celebrate poolside? Head up to 180º Rooftop Bar where the celebration kicks off in the open air. Fireworks spark across the skyline, dancers and performers glide through the space and the DJ duo behind Pluma Parties threads the night with their signature sound. Champagne flows, the twelve grapes tradition rings in midnight, and the dress code — Cabaret Chic — brings out gold, red and a touch of glitter.
