The Mansard Restaurant in the heart of Gstaad stands for modern Swiss cuisine. Under the direction of young head chef Tom Walter, menus are crafted around seasonal and local products. A place to enjoy, meet and indulge.
The Mansard Restaurant is open from Tuesdays to Sundays from 12h00 to 14h00 and from 18h30 to 21h30.
During the festive season, from 15 December 2025 to 3 January 2026, our restaurant will be open from Mondays to Sundays from 12h00 to 14h00 and from 18h30 to 22h00.
The Mansard Bar & Lounge is open daily from Mondays to Sundays.

The Mansard Rooftop
Pair panoramic views of the mountains and surrounding countryside with delicious cocktails at The Mansard Rooftop, Gstaad’s only open-air rooftop bar. This year-round destination makes for a vibrant and scenic meeting point in central Gstaad. Toast to your day’s adventures with our nourishing menu of snacks and light bites paired with an expertly-mixed cocktail or a glass of wine.
The Rooftop Bar is open from Fridays to Mondays from 12h00 to 22h00.
During the festive season, from 15 December 2025 until 03 January 2026, the Rooftop Bar will be open from Wednesdays to Sundays included.
The Mansard Bar
Attached to the restaurant is the Mansard Bar, our elegant wood-panelled bar and lounge space with open fireplace. After a day in the mountains, revive yourself with cake, coffee, cocktails, or a glass of wine from our extensive global wine list.
