The Mansard Restaurant is open from Tuesdays to Sundays from 12h00 to 14h00 and from 18h30 to 21h30.
The Mansard Bar & Lounge is open daily from Mondays to Sundays.

The Mansard Rooftop

This year-round destination makes for a vibrant and scenic meeting point in central Gstaad. Toast to your day’s adventures with our nourishing menu of snacks and light bites paired with an expertly-mixed cocktail or a glass of wine.
This Summer season 2026, the Rooftop bar is open daily from 12:00 to 22:00.
In May and October, the Rooftop bar is only open from Fridays to Mondays.
