Paris Design Week – Les Simonnet at Grand Hôtel Cayré Exhibition & Artist Talk
For Paris Design Week, Grand Hôtel Cayré presents a special exhibition dedicated to the work of iconic French artists Les Simonnet. Known for their vibrant and modular fiberglass sculptures developed in the 1970s, the duo has created a unique visual language built from simple geometric forms — cylinders, half-spheres, and arcs — combined into endlessly playful and architectural compositions.
Already featured inside La Suite du Collectionneur with two of their smaller pieces, the exhibition expands across the hotel and into the outdoor spaces with larger-scale installations. This immersive showcase brings their joyful and sculptural universe to life in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés.
As part of the program, we invite you to a talk with Marthe Simonnet, who will share insights into their creative process, inspirations, and their vision of art as a living, accessible experience.
